NORTHWIND’s new Diamond Plus one-on-one live training makes it easier for users to get the most from their Maestro solution, while maximizing their time and productivity through convenient on-demand learning. The online sessions with Maestro experts provide the widest range of system classes to meet ongoing training needs while accommodating staff schedules.

Online Training Increases Staff productivity
Maestro users can access an educational curriculum featuring live online classes and pre-recorded educational webinars as part of their Diamond Plus Service benefits. This new personalized Web-based training complements NORTHWIND’s comprehensive training offerings, creating a flexible, blended learning experience that includes traditional classroom training, client-site training, and online learning.

Real-time Assistance
Each live training session is facilitated by a Maestro certified expert and provides the opportunity to ask questions during the session. The user has access to the live, instructor-led personal topic of their choice. This flexibility enables Maestro users to "learn and return," allowing them to apply new skills and knowledge immediately after their training session.

The personal attention gives each user their own learning environment and enables them to set their own pace throughout the training, and improve their proficiency. The main purpose is to support advanced knowledge gain in a convenient and highly efficient way for the user. 

Flexible Training Opportunities
The one-on-one online training session is not intended to replace Maestro’s current traditional onsite training offering.  The new online training program is provided as part of a blended-learning process that combines onsite training and web-based tools and learning.

NORTHWIND’s industry standard setting Diamond Plus Service offers a variety of training options enabling clients to find the right training and education to meet their unique needs, including:

  • Free Web-based transition-assistance for newly trained staff for three months after Maestro is installed (scheduled regularly)

I wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how absolutely wonderful your support staff has been today. They are always great, but today they were exceptional. As you know, we run two programs, and the week between the two is hectic and the amount of work is virtually impossible. We had two emergencies today, brought on at our end, not yours, and your staff was right there to help us through. Particularly I would like to commend Deborah, Natalie, and Atoy. I know there were others behind the scenes, but those are the three I mainly dealt with. They were instrumental in fixing the issues, and doing it calmly in the face of my sheer panic!
