Maestro’s™ advanced Sales and Catering system is a feature rich application designed to automate conference centers, restaurant chains, activity centers and corporate campuses with meeting room booking, food and beverage and sales tracking. It is available as a stand alone application or as a fully integrated module with the Maestro Property Management Suite. Booking and Function Room Blocking

Function room booking is completely automated with no limits on future dates. Easy to understand and use availability display charts allow your team to set up multiple recurring events quickly. Function Space Graphical Layout

Maestro Sales & Catering integrates the Room Viewer graphic layout software from TimeSaver Software to create event layouts that will dazzle your clients. Room Viewer is intuitive software for Meeting Planners, Facilities, Caterers, Special Event Planners, Rental Companies, Production and Audio Visual Companies. Using one of the three Room Viewer products (Basic, Standard, Pro & Deluxe) with Maestro Sales and Catering you will be able to create diagrams of inside, outside, and even tented events for your clients. Room Viewer software is easy to use and provides a professional tool to enhance your client presentations and service delivery.

Event Planning and Tracking

Eliminate the "last minute crunch." Maestro’s Event Planning and Tracking module provides an easy foolproof way for staff to create events and serve clients more professionally. Tools include options for setting up menus and special services, and the system links activities to time-sensitive reminders that keep your staff on task so there is no 'last minute crunch'. The system automatically generates to-do lists, as well as cut-off dates and contract-review reminders. Maestro Sales & Catering will also prompt your staff to verify deposit receipts on the days you designate so clients are contacted on time and your receivables may be kept current.

Client and Contact Management
