Maestro™ features are designed for the sophisticated operations where an extended variety of guest and group services are a focus of operations.
Advanced operations features are implemented in all areas of operations to facilitate specialized services and ease of operations to utilize these features, the following is a general characteristic of advanced operations facilities.
Guest Services
Advanced operations include such features as multiple room types per reservation, block inventory non-room type specific, variable length of stay per room inventory and multiple settlement methods per reservation.
Group Services
Advanced operations include such features as automatic generation of reservations, assign shares per room, special rates for group members real-time rooming list, automatic room assignment and automated check-in and check-out.
Rates and Packages
Advanced operations include day of week rates, variable days packages, extra persons factoring, sharer rate split, per person rates, other services and charges and weekly, monthly and flat rates.
Yield Rate
Advanced operations include rate optimization criteria features such as advance booking, length of stay, occupancy percent, and management override.
Database Options
Maestro™ provides an option to implement a database of choice with access via standard interface. Database may reside on MS-NT server or a UNIX server.
Housekeeping
Advanced operations include variable service levels per property and room type on the basis of guest type.
Office Tools
Advanced operations include the ability to access the database directly and generate standard reports and management analysis reports utilizing tools such as Excel®, Microsoft Word® and Crystal Reports®.
Third Party
Advanced operations include functions and features to allow booking of services with third party suppliers (Golf, Restaurants, etc.), track delivery of services and reconcile third party invoicing.
Folio Management
Advanced operations allow to set-up settlement method to each folio and provide extended options to manipulate folio details.
