I just wanted to comment on the experience we have had thus far with the Maestro staff. I am truly amazed at how patient you have all been with us and how helpful everyone has been. Dean is doing an excellent job explaining the setup of the system and helping us make the right choices so the foundation of the system will function in the manner that we need it to. I can imagine this is not an easy thing to do when you are explaining many things to people who have never had to go through a software change and of course have been functioning with a system that can't do anything like the one your company produces. Anyway I just wanted to thank all of you for bearing with us and helping us get through this. Since we don't have a lot of staff members that are technologically savvy sometimes it must seem as though you are having to explain things to people that live in the dark ages. Thanks again and I will be in touch.
