We appreciate the hard work and dedication provided by you and your organization and can't say enough about how much you have contributed to the staff training and ongoing success. Personally, I am excited to have Maestro as our PMS due to my previous experience with the system and your organization and I have heard several comments from our team already regarding the "user friendly" feel that Maestro has compared to our previous system which makes us feel very good about our decision. Andy Chambers and David Hearst have spearheaded the project from our end and have worked tirelessly to ensure that everything is in place and working properly on our end. Their commitment to the process is to be commended and has been very much appreciated as well. As with any cut over, we will experience some additional challenges over the course of time but I feel confident that the relationship that we are building with you and your team will be the key to our success in troubleshooting any issues.
