I will tell you now, when I find a product I believe in, I put 100% support behind it. To be honest software sometimes is just software. When I select a vendor it goes way beyond the product itself and into how the company works with us and supports us. I have to say your support impresses me, not many other companies go to the lengths that Northwind does. I was in software support for over 7 years so I have been on both sides of the fence.
